Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rainfall of 1-2 inches is expected through this evening. Locally higher amounts around possible where heavier rain bands set up. With the ground already saturated in many areas and river and stream levels running high, a flood threat exists across the area.
