...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 10 AM
EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 25 below expected.

* WHERE...Northern Carroll and Northern Grafton Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause
  frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10-20 minutes. Frostbite
  and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these
  temperatures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
