* WHERE...In Maine, Interior Cumberland Highlands, Northern Oxford,
  and Southern Oxford Counties. In New Hampshire, Northern Carroll,
  Northern Coos, Northern Grafton, and Southern Coos Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
  is exposed to these temperatures.
