...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM THIS AFTERNOON
TO 7 PM EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 12
  and 18 inches. Higher amounts in excess of 20 inches are possible
  along coastal SW Maine and the New Hampshire Seacoast.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Maine and central, northern, and
  southern New Hampshire.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 7 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The potential exists for snowbands that will bring
  periods of locally heavy snowfall, which will lead to rapid snow
  accumulations and extremely dangerous travel conditions. Travel is
  not recommended as heavy snowfall and very low visibility will
  create extremely dangerous driving conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions can

Persons should consider delaying all travel. Motorists should use
extreme caution if travel is absolutely necessary.

...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EST THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Very cold temperatures and/or wind chills as low as 30
  below.

* WHERE...Portions of south central, west central, and western Maine
  and northern New Hampshire.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
  Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
  exposed to these temperatures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
