* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Avery County.

* WHEN...From 6 AM this morning to 6 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Some snow showers this morning near the
  Tennessee border could result in some light accumulation and some
  blowing snow at times that would reduce visibility while driving.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
