Travel in avalanche terrain is not recommended. Avalanches may run long distances and can run into mature forests, valley floors, or flat terrain. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks from ice jam releases. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas, including basements and crawlspaces. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An atmospheric river will bring a significant warm up along with widespread rain through Monday, February 24.
