...FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 9 AM CDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Overnight low temperatures on Friday morning will range
  from the mid 20s to around 30.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Iowa, southeast
  Minnesota, and central, southwest, and west central Wisconsin.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
