This hazardous weather outlook is for Eastern Upper Michigan and
Northern Lower Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Minor river flooding is occurring along the Manistee and Rifle
rivers.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Wintry precipitation is possible for parts of northern lower MI
and eastern upper on Saturday, and could result in light to
moderate accumulations of ice.

Minor river flooding for the Manistee river is expected to
continue into early next week. Minor river flooding along the
Rifle river is expected to continue through the weekend.
