...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS
AFTERNOON TO 1 PM CDT WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow and mixed precipitation expected. Total snow
  accumulations between 2 and 4 inches and ice accumulations around
  a light glaze.

* WHERE...Dickinson, Iron, Menominee, and Gogebic Counties.

* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 1 PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning
  commutes.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Upper
Michigan and western Upper Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Widespread moderate to heavy snowfall moves into the UP tonight,
continuing into Wednesday. Totals up to 3 to 6 inches are
expected for most of the UP, with higher amounts up to 6 to 9

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Widespread snowfall continues through Wednesday afternoon, with
lake effect snow trailing downwind of Lake Superior Wednesday

Another widespread snowfall and windier event may impact the U.P.
Thursday night and Friday.
