9 AM EST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 to 20 below expected.

* WHERE...In Massachusetts, Northern Berkshire and Southern
  Berkshire Counties. In New York, Schoharie, Western Albany,
  Western Greene, and Western Ulster Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
