...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of North Idaho, including the following county,
  Bonner.

* WHEN...Through this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Rock and mudslides will be possible for areas in steep terrain and
  near burn scars.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Rain and increased snow melt Tuesday evening through
    Wednesday afternoon will result in quick rises on creeks and
    streams. This includes eastern Bonner County along Lightning
    Creek.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
