Additional snow accumulations of 6 to 10 inches, up to 15 inches at highest peaks. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Western Plumas County/Lassen Park and West Slope Northern Sierra Nevada above 5500 feet, including Interstate 80 over Donner Summit and Highway 50 over Echo Summit. * WHEN...Until 11 AM PDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Difficult mountain travel from delays, snow-covered roads, and chain controls.
